For privacy-related questions or requests, contact help@rhinoplastyteamturkey.com.
2. Information you may provide
We may receive information that you choose to provide when contacting us or using an enquiry or preliminary assessment form.
- Identity and contact information, such as your name, email address, telephone number and country.
- Information included in your message, treatment interests or questions.
- Photographs or other information you choose to provide for a preliminary assessment, if and when a secure submission process is enabled.
- Communication records when you contact us through email, WhatsApp or another channel you choose to use.
3. Technical and usage information
When you visit the website, hosting, security and analytics services may process limited technical information, such as IP address, browser and device information, pages viewed, referring URLs, approximate location derived from IP, and event or error information. This information is used to operate, secure and understand the website.
4. Why information may be used
Where applicable, information may be used to:
- Respond to an enquiry or coordinate a requested preliminary assessment.
- Communicate about the request through the contact method you selected.
- Operate, protect, troubleshoot and improve the website.
- Meet applicable legal, regulatory or record-keeping obligations.
5. Photographs and health-related information
Photographs and health-related details can be sensitive personal information. The current website interface does not itself implement a live patient-data storage or photo-upload integration. If a secure assessment or upload service is introduced, this policy, the relevant consent language and the provider details must be updated before that service is enabled.
Do not send more information than is necessary for your enquiry, and do not use the website for urgent medical needs.
6. Cookies, analytics and social media
The website may use essential technologies needed for delivery, security and functionality. The current production application includes Vercel Analytics. Any cookies or similar technologies used by third parties are governed by their own notices and settings.
If Instagram or TikTok content integrations are enabled, public media may be requested from the relevant platform through its official API. Visiting a social-media link or viewing provider-delivered media may allow that platform to process information under its own privacy policy. No social-media access token is exposed to visitors.
7. Service providers and international visitors
We may rely on infrastructure, hosting, analytics, communications or other service providers to operate the website or respond to requests. Those providers should receive only the information needed for the relevant service. A future CRM, patient-data storage or photo-assessment provider will not be enabled until its data handling has been assessed and documented.
This website is intended for international visitors. Information may be processed in countries other than your own when required by the services used. Any applicable transfer safeguards depend on the provider and processing arrangement in place at that time.
8. Retention, security and your rights
We aim to keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the stated purpose, to resolve enquiries, and to meet applicable obligations. A detailed retention schedule is not currently published and must be confirmed before any patient-data system is launched.
No online service can guarantee absolute security. Access should be limited to people and providers who need it for the relevant purpose. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability or withdrawal of consent. To make a request, contact the privacy email above. You may also have a right to complain to the relevant supervisory authority in your place of residence or where applicable.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the website, its integrations or applicable requirements change. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated date.
