Facial Aesthetics
Facial aesthetics in Turkey
This overview introduces a focused selection of facial aesthetic procedures and the planning considerations that help place them in the context of the whole face.
Facial aesthetics: key information
- What does facial aesthetics cover?
- Facial aesthetics brings together selected procedures that concern specific facial areas. This overview is intended to help you understand the available topics and begin an informed conversation; it is not a diagnosis or a treatment recommendation.
- How is planning approached?
- Planning is individual. A concern in one area is considered in the context of the face as a whole, together with your goals and the information gathered during an appropriate clinical evaluation.
- How do these facial procedures differ?
- A temporal or brow lift concerns brow position; upper blepharoplasty concerns the upper eyelid. An endoscopic midface lift concerns selected midface tissues, while bichectomy concerns buccal fat and cheek contour. Fox eyes, cat eyes and almond-eye terms describe outer-eye goals, not one standardized technique. These topics are not interchangeable: the actual anatomy, proposed procedure and limits need to be discussed individually.
- Can an online exchange confirm whether a procedure is suitable?
- No. An online exchange can help you describe your concerns and ask initial questions, but it does not replace an individualized clinical evaluation. Whether any option is appropriate is considered as part of that evaluation.
Facial contour in context
One area changes how neighbouring areas are read.
Cheek, temple, brow and chin concerns are considered within the whole face. The illustration shows a planning framework, not surgical markings or a promised contour.

Procedures
Selected facial procedures
- Temporal LiftFocused planning for the temple and outer brow, assessed within the position and balance of the whole upper face.
- Lower Eyelid SurgeryA considered approach to under-eye bags, with eyelid support and your natural expression at the centre of planning.
- Chin LiposuctionIndividual planning for fullness beneath the chin, considered in balance with your jawline, skin and facial proportions.
- Endoscopic Midface LiftRepositioning selected midface tissues through a carefully planned endoscopic approach.
- Fox EyesExploring an elongated, gently lifted outer-eye appearance through individual eye-and-brow assessment. “Fox Eyes” describes a goal, not a standardized operation.
- Cat EyesDiscussing a soft upward accent at the outer eye while respecting eyelid support and facial balance. The Cat Eyes label alone does not determine a surgical technique.
- Almond Eye SurgeryAssessment of a balanced almond-shaped eye outline, with outer-corner support and eyelid function considered before any proposed change.
- Brow LiftAssessment of eyebrow position and its relationship with the forehead and upper eyelids, rather than upper-lid skin alone.
- Upper Eyelid SurgeryIndividual assessment of excess upper-lid skin, heaviness and fold concerns, with attention to eye health and brow position.
- BichectomyBuccal fat refinement of the cheek contour, for suitable candidates.
