Why osteotomy may enter the plan
Osteotomy concerns controlled changes to the nasal bones and is not required for every rhinoplasty. Ask whether the planned change involves bone, cartilage or both, what the osteotomy is intended to achieve and how the choice fits the anatomy. Early morbidity is not the final result
